What is Competitive Intelligence Value and How to Realize It

It is a significant issue to study what is competitive intelligence (CI) value and how to realize it. This issue is studied by study cases in many companies. The whole value of CI represents in three levels: tool, function and bottom line. In tool level, CI value represents as a management tool, a monitoring tool, a supporting decision making tool, a collective learning tool. In function level, CI value represents in outperforming competitors, early warning, supporting strategic decision making, benchmarking, protecting confidential, promoting innovation. In bottom line level, CI value represents in increase revenue, reduce unnecessary invest, save time and reduce cost, loss avoiding, adding share value. The major principles of how to realize CI value are studied also.
