Overview of artificial metabolic system

Abstract:Artificial metabolic system model was built by analysis for relationship between enzymes and every regulation pattern from the view of biological metabolism law. Many functions such as pattern recognition fault diagnosis and multiobjective optimization could be realized by the system. An artificial metabolic equation was built according to metabolism mechanism. The substance concentration could be regulated by metabolic operators such as equilibrium factor and the inhibior factor. The metabolic rate could be improved. The substance concentration in metabolic network was balance and traffic flows in every network node was unobstructed by regulating these metabolic operators including equilibrium factor and the inhibior factor. Many kinds of optimal application could be realized through the regulating methods.This paper presented the summary for basic theory and typical application of artificial metabolic system andalso provided the directions for further study. ......
