China and Nigeria keep sound and solid contacts with each other since the establish-ment of Sino-Nigeria diplomatic ties 37 years ago. Nigeria, the most populous countryin Africa, as an import part of Africa, invariably carries on business and cooperationwith China. Not long before, Nigerian President Umaru Yar’Adua paid a state visit toChina at the beginning of 2008, promoting the Sino-Nigcria friendship to more intimate level.
