〔摘要〕阐释自主创新的含义以及图书馆在自主创新战略实施过程中的重要地位，认为图书馆应该在创新主体的创新意识、创新过程以及科技创新基础平台等方面发挥作用。在对图书馆原有职能进行归纳和扩展的基础上，提出在创新环境下的三个职能定位，即发挥图书馆的创新文化凝聚职能、创新服务职能和促进信息、知识共享职能，以提高为自主创新服务的能力。

The New Orientation of Library Function in Independent Innovation Strategy Environment

〔Abstract〕This paper introduces the implication of independent innovation and important station of libraries in implementing independent innovation strategy, and considers libraries should play their roles in innovative consciousness, innovation process and the platform of science and technology foundation, etc. Then, based on summing up and extending the general functions of library, the paper puts forward three function orientations in innovation environment, so as to improve the libraries' service capacity for innovation. The three orientations are developing the functions of massing innovation culture of library, providing innovation service and promoting the share of information and knowledge.
